Mind Safety Management, LLC (“MSM”), a certified HUBZONE and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Company, is celebrating its 20th Anniversary this year.   Founded in St. Louis, MO in 2003 by current CEO and owner, Ralph Thompson, and Peter Jones, past CEO, MSM has been a thriving, successful service provider in the St. Louis urban community for the last 20 years.  MSM has been the prime contract winner and/or on the winning team of numerous contract awards with Federal and State agencies in its 20-year history.  A long-term service provider to the US Treasury, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, MSM has subsequently branched out to supporting other agencies and organizations including the US Army, Worldwide Technologies, and others.

St. Louis based Mind Safety Management, LLC (MSM), a leading small business HubZone company supporting corporate business information technology needs across the country, has been awarded a 3rd Party Audit inspections contract with World Wide Technology, as part of its collaboration with Alternative Build Method (ABM) Program for Cell Tower Base Station Builds. World Wide Technology (WWT), one of the largest privately owned African American IT companies in the US, earned the contract with a global leader in telecommunication’s Acquisitions and Strategic partnerships organization to help build out a Tier 1 carriers network through partnership with Rural Carriers. Program objectives encompass cell site configuration, wiring, labeling, and testing in a centralized location before shipping to the field, all of which helps to reduce costs and cycle times for customers. Consistent quality to end-customers is an additional benefit, along with the cost and times savings. A critical component to that end-customer quality assurance is the 3rd Party Audit inspections performed by MSM. These inspections help to ensure that the highest standards of product integrity are always maintained in assuring customer satisfaction. Mind Safety Management, LLC (“MSM” or the “Company”), a leading St. Louis based small business HubZone company supporting corporate business information technology needs across the region and the country announced a major reorganization of its operations in mid-January 2019. Mr. Ralph J. Thompson II, previously the organization’s Chief Operating Officer will assume the duties of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Trustees. In addition, Mr. Thompson will assume management control of the Company. Mr. Peter Jones, the previous Chairman and CEO and majority owner will continue with the company as its Chief Operating Officer and continue to support the growth of the company under Mr. Thompson’s new leadership. “Since Ralph and I have known each other and worked together over the last 20 plus years, both he and I felt the time was right for him to take over leadership of the firm. Ralph’s drive and energy are well known by all in the community.
